House
The basic property development in Richman Online, a House can be built on any land you own. Players must pay the owner of a house when they land on one they don’t own. The higher-grade the house is, the more it charges for rent. Houses on the same street charge chain rent.
Chain Store
When you use a Franchise Card, you can turn a House into a Chain Store. The rent a player must pay when they land on any Chain Store is dependent on the total number of chain stores the owner controls. More Chain Stores means not only bigger payout, but more chances to earn that payout!
Academy
The Academy can be built on commercial land, and within its halls, endless research leads to the development of new cards. When the Academy is upgraded, it can develop more advanced cards. When you land on an Academy you own, you can choose between developing a card and upgrading the Academy. There’s no fee to be paid for landing on an Academy you don’t own.
Shopping Center
This marvelous mall is built on commercial land, and exists mostly to rake in as much cash as possible. The higher the grade, the more money one has to pay. When you land on an opponent’s Shopping Center, you determine how much you’ll have to pay by spinning a roulette.
Hotel
The Hotel is a development built on commercial land, useful for earning money and stopping the advance of opponents. The higher the grade, the more an opponent will have to pay. When you land on an opponent’s Hotel, you determine how much you’ll pay - and how many days you’ll stay - by spinning a roulette.
Real Estate Company
A Real Estate Company can be built on commercial land, and helps you control construction upgrades. When you land on a Real Estate Company you own, you can build a floor on one of your randomly-selected property developments, according to the grade of the real estate company. When you land on an opponent’s Real Estate Company, you’ll be forced to demolish a floor on one of your randomly-selected properties, according to the grade of Real Estate Company
Tech Company
This tech startup can be founded on commercial land, and will serve well to earn you money. The higher its grade is and the longer the game lasts, the more money an opponent is forced to pay. When you land on an opponent’s Tech Company, you’ll have to pay according to the duration of the game.
